Reporting confidence for accountable teams

ReportWerks

Reporting you can stand behind.

ReportWerks connects the data behind performance and turns it into clear, defensible reporting without rebuilding the story every month.

A reporting system, not another dashboard

Evidence in. Confidence out.

ReportWerks keeps sources, context, and stakeholder communication connected from the first approved data pull to the conversation that follows.

Connected evidence

Bring approved advertising, analytics, email, CRM, fundraising, and operations data into one reporting workflow without rebuilding the same spreadsheet each month.

Confidence built in

Organize performance metrics, preserve reporting context, and understand what changed and what the available evidence supports.

Made for the room

Move from operator detail to leadership, board, funder, or client-ready reporting without recreating the explanation from scratch.

One responsibility, three reporting rooms

Built around who needs the explanation next.

Nonprofit, agency, and in-house teams all turn fragmented performance data into an answer another person can understand and trust.

For nonprofits

Bring fundraising and marketing performance into a board- and funder-ready view with the context behind the numbers intact.

For agencies

Standardize reporting across accounts while preserving each client's goals, channels, and performance story.

For in-house teams

Connect channel activity to organizational outcomes and give leadership a clear view of what needs attention next.

The Reporting Confidence Framework

Confidence is built before the report is delivered.

A practical ReportWerks method with 27 checks across six reporting risk areas: source coverage, conversion integrity, metric definitions, outcome reconciliation, reporting repeatability, and decision usefulness.

Data Usage

What connected platform data ReportWerks accesses and why.

Access is scoped to reporting workflows the user requests and approves. Users stay in control of the accounts and sources connected to ReportWerks.

Connected reporting data

  • What is accessed: authorized reporting fields such as account identifiers, campaign names, traffic, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, engagement, donation activity, contacts, invoices, and related performance metrics.
  • Why it is needed: to build dashboards, reporting summaries, insights, connection-status views, and client-ready reports.
  • User benefit: fewer manual exports, screenshot decks, and spreadsheet rebuilds.
  • User control: users choose what to connect and can disconnect inside ReportWerks or revoke access at the source platform.

Google API data use

When a user connects Google Ads or another Google service, ReportWerks accesses only the authorized Google user data needed for the reporting features the user requested.

  • Google account and Ads identifiers, customer IDs, campaign and ad group names, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, conversion values, dates, labels, and related authorized reporting fields may be accessed.
  • Google user data is used for reporting imports, connection status, dashboards, summaries, AI-assisted reporting analysis, and client-ready report views.
  • Google user data is not used for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, credit or lending decisions, sale to data brokers, or sale to information resellers.
  • Google user data is not used for generalized AI model training.
  • Users can disconnect Google access, revoke access from their Google Account, and request deletion by contacting support@reportwerks.com.
